Blessing and official opening of new classrooms

Pupils, teachers, parents and invited guests gathered for the blessing and official opening of our four new classrooms today. The blessing was conducted by Fr Patrick Claffey, who is chairperson of our Board of Management.

OPEN DAY will be held on Wednesday, January 28th from 10.30am-12 noon. Parents of prospective pupils are welcome to visit the school and see the great work of our pupils and teachers.

Applications for Junior Infants 2015

Applications for entry to Junior Infants in September 2015 should be submitted on or before Thursday January 15th 2015. Applications received after this date will be included in a separate waiting list, in accordance with our Enrolment Policy.

Many thanks to all of our pupils and parents for the great support for our LauraLynn Fundraising event on Friday, Oct 24th. We made €1262 and also had great fun!

Midterm Break

School is closed from Monday, Oct 27th to Friday, Oct 31st for our midterm break. School will reopen on Monday, Nov 3rd at 8.50am.

Hallowe'en Games

Thank you to the parents who have volunteered to assist with the Hallowe'en Games tomorrow, Oct 24th. It promises to be lots of fun for the children. Thank you to Frances for organising it!

Funky Hair Day

On Friday, Oct 24th we have our Funky Hair Day. Children do their hair in all sorts of great designs and will donate €2 to the LauraLynn House.   We also have a raffle (5 tickets for €1) in aid of LauraLynn.

It's Maths Week!

We are looking forward to lots of Maths activities at school and at home during Maths Week. On Friday we will have fun with dice with our partner buddies in other classes.
